Removing Cookies

Steps to remove harmful cookies from your account:

  1. Open a new tab
  2. In the search bar at the top type: chrome://settings/cookies
  3. In the search bar on the right side of the screen type: docs. google.com
  4. Click the X for each entry to delete the cookies
  5. Close the tab and refresh your Google document/presentation
