This post is not an assignment. This one is for me. Through my research so far of organic restaurants I keep having this feeling that I could do somthing about this. In a previouse post i’m pretty sure I have said that I want to be a chef. But now I think I want to be more that that. I want to grow my own produce for my restaurant. That way I know that is organic, and I know what has happend to it. And also that way my food is more fresh for my restaurant and my costumers. And what i cannot grow, raise, or make myself I want to by as localy and organicaly as possible. It is healthier. There is nothing that will convince me otherwise.
