I think that my parents would learn a lot from my book circle the soul softlty, because it’s mostly about a younger girl going through her parents divorce and her father dies. My parents seem to always put me in the middle because they don’t communicate. In this story Katie is the main character and she goes through most of the exact same problems with parents that I go through. The author really tells the story and the problems Katie faces through Katie’s eyes. I think that if my parents read this they wouldn’t have these same problems anymore and they would think a lot differently about things. Divorce is very hard on children, and can affect there life so much. Things as simple as getting to and from practice can be very complicated with parents that don’t communicate. I think that the schedules are the most complicated, I have two homes, and because of this I have to pack to go each place, it’s almost like vacation but after a while you just get home sick and it’s really hard because you don’t really know where your real home is. Katie goes through this exact same issue at the beginning of the story, and I really liked reading because I could relate, I think my parents can also relate. I don’t think kids should be responsible for communicating from parent to parent because the parents don’t talk. This really puts the child in the middle and makes them feel even more lost at time. I think that both of my parents would enjoy this book. They would learn a lot from it and see things from another point of view.

This book sounds really good. I would want my parents to read this book too. My parents are divorced too and it seems so hard no to be in the middle of everything. I hate being put in the middle. If they just read or learned about what its like to be a child with divorced parents maybe they wouldn’t have the problems they have now. I’m really intrested in this book. Keep up the good work.♥
